It sold for more than they were originally asking (1,150,000).

Hi!
I am the real estate agent who sold this beautiful barrel front home. It never went to full market, there were buyers who saw the house & offered full asking literally on the spot. The sellers bought in March 2020 for $1,150,000 and needed to suddenly relocate. I live in BR & sold 7 houses on 76 St over the past 4 years.
