Overturned Vehicle on 91st Street
The Citizen app showed that a car was turned on it’s side on 91st Street between 3rd and 4th Avenues right before 9 pm. (See video)
The title on Citizen says that the person fled (maybe the passenger went to get help?)
The firemen appear to be talking the driver in the video. Down below on the Citizen page it says that it was confirmed someone was inside.
