In my mind, so much of the success and opportunity @mangia_my_dudes has achieved has only been made possible through my school @xaverianhs Whether it be getting a behind-the-scenes look at the Urbani Truffles’ headquarters in Manhattan, being featured in my own @wxbntv segment on a weekly basis, or being offered to cook for faculty and administrators on special occasions. I consider myself to be so fortunate to have ended up in a school that feels like family — full of support, praise, and incredible opportunity. Today, albeit much different than planned, was my last day of high school classes. While it is a truly bittersweet ending, I wanted to dedicate this 200th post to my second home for the past four years. Thank you for everything, and especially for providing the very inspiration for my senior quote: “Allow your passion to become your purpose, and it will one day become your profession.” Here’s to the next 200 ????, and as always — Mangia ????
