Mardi Gras Party to Benefit SCAR 2/25
Animal lovers and merrymakers from all over the NYC community are invited to attend the Mardi Gras Party at Shenanigans Pub 802 Caton Avenue in Kensington, Brooklyn! All money goes to Sean Casey Animal Rescue (SCAR)
Celebrate Fat Tuesday with a Southern/Cajun buffet dinner, Louisiana-style King Cake and Mardi Gras-inspired Cocktails.
The fierce and fabulous Fiona St. James emcee the evening’s festivities!
There will be contests and entertainment, including:
*Doubloon and bead tosses, exciting raffles and a Super 50/50·
*“Can You Stand the Heat” Hot Sauce Contest sponsored by PSP Brooklyn.
*Mardi Gras-inspired Minute To Win It Challenges
*Win prizes: Sean Casey Animal Rescue T-shirts, gift cards, gourmet Louisiana treats, plus one lucky person will win the privilege of naming an animal at the Rescue.
DJ John will spin the perfect Mardi Gras playlist, with a generous mix of rock and dance classics.
Plus, live entertainment by jazz & blues songstress Gina Healy and Brooklyn’s favorite jester, Happy the Clown!
There is a $30 Super Fun Ticket covers the Admission Fee, plus you’ll enjoy a delicious Southern/Cajun Buffet and traditional King Cake. Upon your entrance we’ll adorn you with a mask and strands of beads AND you’ll receive 5 raffle tickets.
