Did the Bay Ridge 5th Avenue BID Director Steal Money in 2016?
Wooahhhhhhhh I didn’t know that a director stole money from the Bay Ridge BID on 5th Avenue in 2016.

This is another reason not to have a BID on 3rd Avenue.
