Officer Guttenberg Remembered 12/28/18
Officer David Guttenberg of the 68th Precinct died 40 years ago – on December 28th, 1978.
Officer Guttenberg was remembered with two wreaths under the street sign with his name on 86th Street and 7th Avenue.
The wreath with the blue and white flowers was because he was a police officer and the camouflage wreath was for his service in the army.
