Chase Refinance from Hell Part III
Over the past week, I have spoken with more Chase employees than I care to speak with in a lifetime. IMHO, most seem to have chosen the wrong career in life.
I’ve spoken to several SVPs and you would think that someone who is experienced in banking would easily know what to do if a problem came about that was slightly different than the usual problem with accounts.
Mostly though, I have found that Chase’s organization is just not organized.
How is possible in 2012 that a company has all of these problems:
