The NY Times published this article about New Yorkers believing that Mayor Bloomberg has not improved schools http://www.nytimes.com/2011/09/07/education/07poll.html
Bloomberg appointed Dennis Walcott to do improve education. I think Walcott can do it. But does he?
Everyone wants to be an expert and say what education is and what’s going to make it better. No one needs experts or data to tell us the answer to this.
Schools need teachers who believe in students.
