South Brooklyn Islamic Center – New Mosque
South Brooklyn Islamic Center (SBIC) opened at 7610 – 3rd Avenue (next to Omonia). Google it and you will see the picture above.
RealtyNerd’s red storefront disappeared.
On the window, it says “Thank You Bay Ridge, we have gone virtual.”
Now there is a painted white storefront, some garbage bags and spray paint.
The initials SBIC at on the window sign which stands for South Brooklyn Islamic Center.
Residents said they saw men sitting on the floor. It appears to be a new mosque.
