July 28, 2023NYPD Released Video of Sunset Park Groper

Today, July 28th, the NYPD released the video of a man who groped a 17-year-old girl, who was walking her dog on 3rd Avenue and 61st Street in Sunset Park on July 5th. (See video)
That’s way too long of a time to wait for a video to be released!! If this was their child or sister, would they want the NYPD to wait three weeks before sharing the video of the groper?
Scooters need license plates, so people breaking the law can easily been found.
Councilman Justin Brannan voted in favor of scooters and Brannan has not done anything to make drivers accountable.
