Senator Iwen Chu is Making Nonsense Videos Instead of Giving People Information

I can’t believe that Senator Iwen Chu thinks making videos about her hair color is necessary.

The afterschool program at PS 177 was cut and Senator Chu’s did not tell the community! That’s what people want videos about – real information about their community!

Brooklyn, elect a leader who will communicate information with you and stand up when the funding for an afterschool program at a school has been removed! Many parents rely on that for tutoring and peace of mind afterschool.

Black and white tuxedo cat was found in the 80’s and Ridge Blvd in Bay Ridge. The cat has a striped tail.

Today, Friday, August 9th is the last Stroll on 3rd Avenue for this Summer! It happens rain or shine! The shops are open and the bands will be moved inside!

The stroll will go from 68th Street to 82nd Street on 3rd Avenue from 6:00 – 10:00 pm.

FDNY Went to Bay Ridge Home Smoking from Self-Cleaning Oven (Item Left Inside)

Around 2:20 am, the fire department went to a home in Bay Ridge. (Video here)

Someone put the self-cleaning oven on, but left food in the oven so there was a lot of smoke. Thankfully everyone is okay.

New Original Musical Comedy – Needs Adults Interested in Acting and Singing

If you are interested in being part of a workshop for a brand new original musical comedy set in 1970s Brooklyn, in classical Broadway style, stop by the Church at 7420 – 4th Avenue today.

Auditions are being held today until 9:00 pm. Anyone over 18 years old can participate. **There are several lead roles for older gentlemen. Walk-ins are welcome.

There is no cost to participate.

The show will be held on August 23 at 8:00 pm. Rehearsals will be held in the two weeks prior and the schedule will be announced after auditions.
