Why Hasn’t Kayla Santosuosso or Chris McCreight Helped These Coney Island Residents?

Kelly Kennedy from News 12 did a segment about the disgusting living situation at Sea Park East at 2970 West 27th Street in Coney Island. See full video below.

The trash compactor broke two months ago, so there are piles of trash and “massive rats.”

The tenants are living without gas at this building, so they can’t cook.

There are also elevator issues.

Kelly Kennedy found hundreds of HPD complaints and violations tied to this building. Why didn’t NYC Council Representative Kayla Santosuosso take action against the property owner? Santosuosso is an attorney and should have started the paperwork on this!

5th Avenue in Bay Ridge Continues to Be a Mess

The garbage can issue hasn’t been solved in Bay Ridge. As you can see from these corner photos, garbage is all over. There is not a garbage can in sight.

This is the only street with a bin (there is no garbage can here either). People probably don’t realize the bin is for the public’s garbage.
