June 30, 2025Justin Brannan Voted Against Coney Island

Today, there was a NYC Council hearing to demap the street for the casino.
Councilman Justin Brannan voted to demap the community that was gerrymandered to his district. Those people voted for him and trusted him. There isn’t anything worse than a man who sold out his own district.

Brannan and his wife took their Christmas card picture in Coney Island. How could he vote against Brooklyn?

Thirty-five other NYC Council representatives voted to demap Coney Island to Thor Equities for the casino. NYC Council representatives usually vote with the Council representative for the area.

How NYC Council voted on the proposal to give away public space to a billionaire casino developer if they get the license:

Eleven council members voted No and there were four abstentions as well. They aren’t all horrible like, Justin Brannan.

City and State talked more about the lobbyists.

June 30, 2025Monsignor Jamie Gigantiello’s Sauce is Sold in Stores Now

Monsignor Jamie Gigantiello’s sauce is being sold in stores now and the money raised will go to two charities.
I saw the Taste of Heaven from Brooklyn sauce at LaBella’s Grocery Store at 7901 13th Avenue in Dyker Heights Brooklyn. It was $10 for a jar.
They were also selling the sauce at Our Lady of Mount Carmel’s Feast in Williamsburg for $10 a bottle.

This morning between 6:00 – 6:30 am, one man was fishing in the mailbox on 4th Avenue between 101st Street and Shore Road.

Then the man got in the car and they drove off.
If you mailed checks from that box, call your bank because these thieves like to wash your check and use your check.

June 30, 2025Protesters Were Outside Senator Andrew Gounardes Office in Brooklyn

The cowardly senator and his staff didn’t respond to the large crowd of Brooklynites protesting outside of his office. They were protesting because the people want transparency on The Brooklyn Marine Terminal Project – the vote on this project has been postponed three times!

Senator Gounardes has failed to provide leadership and represent the people after all this time. A transportation study has not even been done after all this time!

See video:
Andrew Gounardes has not taken this project seriously from the start. Last Summer, meetings were held while Gounardes was out of the country at his brother’s wedding. The people running the meeting just kept repeating the same information over and over.

Above, the people thanked all the politicians except Andrew Gounardes and Dan Goldman.
See journalist, Mary Frost’s writing about this project:
Before Senator Gounardes was elected to office, he was against gerrymandering and lobbyists. After being elected, the district lines were changed dramatically. We went to see who was lobbying Andrew Gounardes and trying to get hold of the Brooklyn waters. We saw this:

Andrew Gounardes should have recused himself from this project because he has received a lot of donations and this should not be a pay-to-play project. Before coming a senator, Gounardes used to speak out against the former senator for pay-to-play projects.
Charles Tebele is on the EDC that is in charge of this project. Former Mayor de Blasio appointed Charles Tebele to the EDC. See the reason why here:
Congressman Dan Goldman received donations from Tebele soon after Mayor Adams added him to this project.
