The Plan to Ruin 4th Avenue in Bay Ridge
I took 4th Avenue every morning for four years. I knew what that road felt like when it is working well. I could easily predict what time I would get to class in Downtown Brooklyn if the lights were set right and there were no accidents (99% of the time there weren’t any – it was a smooth ride).
Then Polly Trottenberg came along and messed up the streets. When Brooklynites ask me, “Who messed up 4th Avenue?” I have the answer – Polly Trottenberg – yes I know the Commissioner’s name – I shouldn’t. Yes, bikes should be on the streets, but 4th Avenue was redesigned sooooo poorly. It’s always jammed up because Trottenberg’s Plan is a mess.
Over the last year and half, they keep claiming they made changes and fixed the problem – they didn’t. I tried it again two months ago and it was bumper to bumper all the way down!
Now people want to continue that mess down in Bay Ridge. Don’t do it Bay Ridge!

January 18, 2018Filming in Bay Ridge on January 19, 2018
The Good Copy is filming in Bay Ridge on Colonial Road in the 70’s on Friday, January 19th.
Tony Danza and Josh Groban are in the Netflix story. They were filming in Bay Ridge in December too. In November, Blue Bloods filmed in Bay Ridge and in August, Mr. Robot filmed in Bay Ridge.
On January 21st, The Good Cop is filming in Gravesend – around Avenue Y and Z around Matchpoint.

January 18, 2018Huge Fire 2162 Bath Ave – Tile Store in Bath Beach
The Tile Store at 2162 Bath Avenue had a huge fire today, January 18, 2018. The fire fire spread to other stores. Thankfully, the FDNY put it out and there were no injuries.

Kirsten Nielsen is a coward. If she was 20 years old and cowered, people could understand. But being an older woman and not being able to say the truth when it mattered shows she is a coward.
