Toc Toc is an immersive Spanish program for babies and toddlers.
Classes are a fun mix of story time, sing-along, dancing, games and puppet show, and it’s great for kids with any level of Spanish. Parents can learn along with their child!

September 9, 2018Man Who Attempted Rape in Bay Ridge Turned Himself In
Emmanuel Martinez-Hernandez turned himself into the police yesterday for attempting rape. The 24-year-old is charged with attempted rape and sexual abuse. Story here
For some reason the NYPD did not share this situation with the public and waited weeks. The NYPD told politicians that they thought it was a domestic violence incident at first. REALLY? For that long?
I am sure the woman who this happened to won’t speak about it now, but maybe one day she will because #SomethingIsn’tRightHere

September 8, 2018Gerard Kassar Gets Schooled
Conservative Party Chairman, Gerard Kassar recently wrote an article about Bay Ridge activist group, Fight Back Bay Ridge, which wasn’t accurate.
Mallory McMahon of Fight Back Bay Ridge fired back with a response.
Gerry Kassar had taken infornation his co-worker, John Quaglione had written on Facebook and penned an article for the paper. Yet, Quaglione had incorrectly identified an individual actions/words with the group, ‘Fight Back Bay Ridge.’ Quaglione’s online rant was seen and believed by many in Bay Ridge. Quaglione never updated the community with the truth.
Senator Golden’s wife had commented on Quaglione’s FB rant post with the words: “Shame shame.” Colleen Golden apologized on Twitter when she realized Fight Back Bay Ridge was not involved. FBBR has shown Marty is Not so Golden.
Neither Quaglione, nor Kassar have apologized for writing incorrect information about Fight Back Bay Ridge. Kassar discredited himself as a writer when he did not provide readers with an update of the truth. Why didn’t he provide an update in the paper? Gerry Kassar is the Chief of Staff for Senator Golden and is he hoping to keep his job if Marty Golden can get enough votes this November.
Yesterday, I wrote about Gerry Kassar yesterday because he was on social media sharing information from a known fake account set up at Golden’s office to look like a resident’s account. Golden’s staff going rogue only brings more negativity to Senator Golden’s chance of re-election.
What changed this year Senator Golden’s office?

BurgerIM hung their sign at 518 – 86th Street where NY Koshary used to be, (was also called Kusharista at one point). Before it was the NY Koshary, it was Your Baker (it’s across the street from Modell’s).
We have a lot of new burger places in the area. What makes Burger IM different? On their menu, they have three ounce patties and people don’t have to choose between regular fries or sweet potato fries.
And they give discounts to the NYPD, FDNY and paramedics
