Such sad news. RIP.
It was at the end of Dahlgren Place – behind the fence below. Channel 12 News reporter:
The deceased man was wearing a blue shirt, dark pants and sneakers. He has been there for awhile as his body is decomposed and his skeleton is showing. Strangely, he was not carrying ID. Some residents said he may be a homeless person. It appears like a tree branch may have fallen on him.
This is going to be sad news for a family who was holding on to hope. Prayers for them.

April 26, 2019Condos Coming to 4th Avenue and 76th St.
The above picture is on the fence on 4th Avenue and 76th Street in Bay Ridge.
I can’t figure out why the picture features water in the background when there is residential property all around this property. Parking spots are now required in new building designs. The parking featured in the picture above is on the right hand side of the building (you see one car is in the air – up on a lift). There is another car on the far right of the picture with the ocean in the background.
What are these condos replacing?
The building that used to be Grace Nursery School which looked like this for a long time:
And like this when the school was open:
The men worked in the rain today and tore the building down to just a staircase (seen through the plexiglass fence around the property)
Residents hoped for a school in this location. This area is not zoned for stores – residential only.
The Miami Beach type building is going to look strange.
Goodbye Grace Nursery School.
The huge hole next door to this building is still just a hole.
