Century’s on 86th and 5th had snowpants at the start of December.
Closeout Heaven – 83rd Street and 5th Avenue – sells a lot of snow pants for kids. bib/ suspenders and the full suit for infants/babies

If it isn’t snowing too bad, you can take a ride to Target and get the snow pants for $20
