Isn’t it wonderful that each year we have a new year to be better and more than we were the year before? 2008 is going to be a year filled with faith, love and fun. I am so grateful for the life I have.

Monday, December 24th, 2007Christmas Eve
Last night Karen and I went shopping from 10:00 PM until 2:30 AM. Lord and Taylor’s had hardly anyone in it. The Queens mall was packed. There wasn’t really anything that we wanted in the mall, but we wanted to see if people were really shopping and going to the mall at that time. I […]
Sunday, December 23rd, 2007It’s Almost Christmas!
Christmas is in just two short days. Tomorrow we celebrate Christmas Eve. As a child, this wasn’t a day we celebrate. Now I love celebrating it. Plenty of cooking to be done! Karen and I are going to take a ride to Lord and Taylor because it’s open until 11 pm
Wednesday, December 12th, 2007Today is Christmas
I choose a name from the NY Cares List. I got an 11 year old girl who requested a DS, a game for the DS and a password diary. Shopping for this girl, made me happy. When the presents arrived, I was so excited to wrap them for her. I went to the bookstore and […]

It was great to be back at school today. I can hardly believe that the day went so well and everything fell into place nicely. Thank God for the beautiful fulfilling day I had! I am so lucky.
Friday, November 23rd, 2007Thanksgiving was fantastic
We made a gorgeous stuffing filled turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes with mini marshmellows, broccoli and cheese, peas and onions and pies. Lee also made his famouse stuffed grape leaves! Lee’s family came and we had a great time! Everything was delicious and we had a wonderful day. Long, but wonderful.
Thursday, November 22nd, 2007What I am Thankful for this Year:
Before anything in my life, I am thankful for my relationship with God. For all the chances he has given me. For his inspiration and forgiveness, I am grateful. First, I am thankful for my wonderful family and friends. I am one of the luckiest women alive. Second, I am thankful for my dogs. Life wouldn’t […]
Wednesday, November 21st, 2007Thanksgiving is tomorrow
I have all of the ingredients for a great Thanksgiving. I don’t just mean the ingredients for the recipes I will be making, but the gifts that God have given me are evident to me this year. Of course, these figts were always there but I am much more grateful for them. Lee’s family is […]
