For returning plate, you go to the back door. They hand you an envelope you fill it out out the plates in and hand it back. Then you get a letter in the mail (in about a week) showing that you returned the plates. .

Before 8:00 pm, a car flipped over on its side 2108 – 62nd Street. (See videos) The fire department had to get the person out.
