Around 1:30 pm today, a car flipped over on its side on the Belt Parkway in Bay Ridge. (See video here) The kindness of strangers can be seen as people run over and try to help get the car back upright. Nice video clip from someone who was in the park as well. (See here)

Around 8:00 pm, there was a robbery at gunpoint on 59th Street and 4th Avenue. The Citizen App described the perp. He has a tattoo with the name Sylvia on his left forearm. Apparently someone knows the perp because they identified that he lives in The Bronx.
