Applebees in Brooklyn Pays Tribute to 13 American Heroes

The Applebees in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn shared the picture above. What a thoughtful tribute! The thirteen American heroes who died in Afghanistan came from 13 homes which will forever will be without that person. Most are of them were in their early 20’s. (See here) .

The Brooklyn Crescents has teams for girls and boys ages 3-15. They play at Bush Terminal Park on 43rd Street. Teams have practice on Thursday evenings and play on Sunday. See their website here for more info or to register for lacrosse.
