I saw the sad building (above) on 5th Avenue and we couldn’t figure out what business used to be there. A B Liell Insurance Agency at 9004 – 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge is gone. The building was sold in January for $1.9 million – see blast photos inside the building here . .
