From video Around 10:30 pm, a car was on fire on the Belt Parkway in Bay Ridge. They video was filmed from the bike path. (See video) Firetrucks sped through Bay Ridge to put out the fire. The surrounding area smelt terrible. Hopefully, the person driving this car is alright.
