We saw the Vape Rite Lounge closed on 7322 3rd Avenue. There was a new bright yellow sign. The sign says: “Coming Soon. Stay Tuned.” The same sign has been on a storefront on 5th Avenue for many months. It looks like a pineapple – so maybe a juice place? .
