Monkeypox Declared a NYS Disaster Emergency

Governor Kathy Hochul declared monkeypox a state disaster emergency. It looks like acne and it is supposed to clear up within several week. But people have said it’s gone away and come back. (See here) The infection has a 3-4 week quarantine and a person may be contagious for 3-7 weeks. .
