This cute and friendly black cat was found on 74th Street and Narrows Avenue in Bay Ridge. The kind person who found him had him scanned, but he didn’t have a microchip. He was wearing a harness and collar. He is not neutered. If this is your cat, call or text the nice person. 347-870-1028
