Person Barricaded in The Building – 3rd Avenue

Around 8:40 pm tonight, police cars were all over 3rd Avenue and 78th Street because a person is barricaded in the building (the first floor is Little Athens). (Info) Helicopters are flying overhead to access the situation as well. It’s sad that a person had to get to that step….hopefully, things will cool down soon.
