There are a few restaurants in Bay Ridge that are BYOB: Beets and Carrots – 3rd Avenue and 99th Street Bay Ridge Fishbar – they have a nice backyard Fatto Manno – 3rd Avenue and 85th Street – Halal Italian food – they have a huge BYOB painted outside on their shed.
