8th Grader in Staten Island Shot – Now Braindead

A 13-year-old student from The Eagle Academy in Stapleton, Staten Island was playing basketball at a playground near the NYCHA Houses on Staten Island near 4:00 pm on Friday. The boy was shot in the head. He was rushed to the hospital and now is brain dead. (Story here)
