In September, twenty-four Macoto-Morale killed Reina-Gaon with his SUV in Bay Ridge. It was a hit-and-run crash. (Story here) He turned himself in. Reina-Gaon was 74-years- and the grandfather of twenty grandchildren. #JusticeForReina
