Tonight around 7:30 pm, a man was robbed of his cell phone and stroller on 88th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway. The Citizen App noted this was a strong-arm robbery. We are glad our neighbor is alright. How long will it take for the NYPD to share a picture of the thief with the community?
