We stopped at Smoke Stax on 18th Avenue and 66th Street. On the counter was dog supplies, which looked out of place because it is a cigar shop. Then I noticed the sign below the dog food. The owner is giving away dog food and other items because his dog died. Such a kind gesture.

Two 18-year-old teens were shot near an an elementary school on West 33rd Street and Neptune Avenue. One was shot in the shoulder and one in the leg. Both were hospitalized and are in stable condition. (News)
