RIP Hayalde Yitel ben Eliezer Wertzberger, 10-Year-Old Girl Killed in Williamsburg After School

Hayalde Yitel ben Eliezer Wertzberger was killed this afternoon by a 62-year-old driver in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The driver remained at the scene and was not charged. (See news) Prayers for Hayalde’s family, whose lives will be changed after this.

Hate Crime in Sunset Park – Used Hammer on Church Windows on 60th Street

On March 31st, this man used a hammer on the windows of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at 828 – 60th Street in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. If you don’t recognize the building, it is in the location where the Knights of Columbus – Sheridan Council used to be.
