Photo: Vena Hsiao This afternoon this car was on fire on 84th Street between 5th Avenue and Fort Hamilton. The fire was put out quickly by the firefighters. The sedan was removed from the block quickly as well.

This man was outside of the closed barber shop on 3rd Avenue and 94th Street. He looked terrible, so we called 311. Twenty minutes later, he stood up and walked away.
