Electrical Fire on 74th Street in Bay Ridge

Around 11:30 pm, there was an electrical fire underground on 74th Street between Ridge Blvd. and 3rd Avenue. Citizen app showed: “Firefighters have identified a significant arcing condition in two nearby maintenance hole.”
