Cute Kitty Found in Bay Ridge

    The cat was a feral cat as her left ear is tipped meaning she was part of the TNR program (Trapped Neutered Released). But she looks well taken care of, clean and was reportly friendly like she is someone’s cat who has been outside for a few days.
