Why is a Cruise Ship Sitting in the Narrows?

    Councilman Brannan shared that the ship is empty and there weren’t any cases of COVID-19 onboard. There is a 30-day pause in cruise ship operations and the ship is paused here in our water for a few days.       Click here to view webcam of the water
