Sign on Bay Ridge Pkwy About 2021 Death

The NYPD placed a large digital sign on Bay Ridge Parkway and 6th Avenue. The sign asks for help or information about a hit-and-run that happened in that location in February 2021. A Bay Ridge resident named Kamel Mahmoud was killed on February 15th around 8:00 pm. (See info here) . .
