Doing Donuts on 86th Street in Bay Ridge

Drag racers were having a party on 86th Street in Bay Ridge this weekend. Several cars were doing donuts in the middle of the intersection nonstop. The drivers weren’t teenagers but men in the 20’s. Red light cameras don’t work when they aren’t placed in the correct locations. .
