The shooting incident that took place last week was recorded as a shooting. When a previous shooting happened in Bay Ridge, neighbors asked NCO officers why the shooting incidents was still zero on the crime stats. The NCO looked it up and said it was put into the assault category. .

Around 11:30 am, a medium sized dog was running loose on 83rd Street and 6th Avenue in Bay Ridge. The dog is wearing a blue harness, but no collar. He is very friendly. Workers from Con Edison are trying to find owner on 83rd Street. .
