Child Seriously Hurt Afterschool Yesterday – 81st Street Between 14th and 15th Avenue

Yesterday after school, a child was seriously hurt on 81st Street between 14th and 15th Avenues. He was hit by a car.

An ambulance brought the boy to the hospital. He had a serious head injury and he was bleeding a lot. The boy was conscious, so hopefully he will be alright. *Prayers* for his recovery.

Our community does not prioritize children any longer. I grew up around adults who understood that they had to keep children safe.

People who live on 81st Street have requested a speed bump, but were denied.

It’s over 24 hours since this child was hurt and Senator Andrew Gounardes has not even mentioned this accident. Gounardes is too busy posting videos of himself on social media.

Lobbyists and lobbyist’s wants are the priority in this community. We need to change that!

Susan Zhuang Gave Five Million to Brooklyn Tech

It’s interesting to see how some schools get money and some don’t. Education nis obviously important to Council representative Zhuang.

How come Kayla Santosuosso isn’t carrying a five million dollar check into Telecommunications High School? How come Alexa Aviles isn’t bringing five million to New Utrecht High School?
