11th Avenue Got the Old Xmas Lights
For the last few years, the 3rd Avenue Merchants talked about the cost of Christmas lights. Last year, residents chipped in to help fund the lights.
I don’t know who paid for the lights this year. In other communities, NYC Council members put it on their list of items.
Today, Frank shared the photo of 11th Avenue with the old style of Christmas lights. The modern style lights are more energy efficient as they are LEDs.
I would love to see the bill for these lights.
Some vender is making money on these old lights – while the rest of the city has moved to the new style lights.
