Officer Christopher Hoban Was Remembered 33 Years Later in Brooklyn
The Chris Hoban Run always takes place on the most beautiful day of the year.
Thanks to everyone who participated in today’s 33rd Annual Hoban Run, in memory of Police Officer Christopher G. Hoban, who was shot and killed in the line of duty during an undercover drug buy on October 18, 1988. Special thanks to the @XaverianHS Police Alumni.#NeverForget pic.twitter.com/m2Smtw9FZ3

This is one of the best events in our community. While it happens for a sad reason, it’s nice to see people remember Christopher Hoban.

What a great day it was for the 33rd Annual Police Officer Christopher Hoban Memorial Run! For those who don’t know, Officer Hoban gave his life in the line of duty in 1988. May we never forget the ultimate sacrifice Chris made serving his community. pic.twitter.com/2EaHroYpsE
