Decapitated Body Found in the Water Off the Bike Path in Bay Ridge
On Monday, emergency vehicles were searched the water next to the bike path in Bay Ridge. (See here)
A Bay Ridge jogger saw a body floating in the water and contacted the police. The body had no head or arms and was missing one leg.
Hopefully the medical examiner can figure out who he is and give a family some peace.
