Bay Ridge Trash Collection Will Improve in August
Councilman Justin Brannan announced that trash collection will increase on the Avenues in August. He said that the Department of Sanitation went down collecting just three days of week, but will be going to seven days a week in August.
Finally a little good news for a change.

Then she also had a design a trash can contest and she gave twelve winners $40,000 as their prize and to design prototypes of new garbage cans. We never saw the new, larger pails in Brooklyn. See here
