You can pay Con Edison electric bill in the following places:
A) AV Pharmacy at 8601 – 4th Avenue (on the corner of 4th Avenue and 85th Street) without a fee. It’s the only place that is an authorized ConEd payment agent in Bay Ridge.
B) Check-cashing place on the corner of 4th Avenue and 69th Street
C) Best Pharmacy at 8510 – 3rd Avenue (at 85th Street)
D) Checking cashing place at 8317 – 5th Avenue (near 83rd Street – next to Salon Brianna
