Three-Year-Old Child Killed in Brooklyn

Around 12:45 pm today, a three year old boy was riding a scooter and was hit by the Skittles/Starburst delivery truck at Bay 25 Street and Benson Avenue in Bath Beach, Brooklyn. News here
Johnny Gonzalez, the 61 year old driver was charged with failure to yield and failure to Exercise Due Care. (See pic) Imagine how terrible he must feel.
