Jerry the Mouse popped up in Bay Ridge in 2018 on 77th Street off Third Avenue.
It’s on the side of Kim & Yim Tailor – Sewing & Alterations at 311- 77th Street.
I always smile at this whimsical painting on the side of a building.
Yet, I didn’t notice Alex Smetsky’s name until recently.
