We’re buying a home!
Ok Bay Ridge watch out as we will be purchasing a new home in the area shortly. If you know me in person, you will know that I waited a long time (YEARS) and wouldn’t settle until I found a house with parking for two cars and a backyard. I grew up in a brick house and a neighbor from my block gave me excellent advice. She said, “when you purchase a new house make sure it is brick and that you have parking.” She also lived in a brick house on my block and when she moved and purchased a house with siding, she felt like the wind blew through her home. Years later, she brick-faced the entire house.
The house is beautiful and perfect for us! It has 2 parking spots, a big backyard, new kitchen. It’s a small two family and I love it. We are getting it checked by an engineer on Friday and I am crossing my fingers that the house will only need minor repairs.
