Strange 68th Precinct Tweet

Today, November 1st, the 68th Precinct tweeted about a bracelet that was taken on September 7th.  Why did they wait so long?

 

 

It just seems like such a low value item to be concerned about almost 2 months later……a $65.00 Pandora bracelet with 8 charms which are around $30 each in value.
