Bay Ridge Memorial for Junior
Tonight the Fort Hamilton Triangle on 4th Avenue and 94th Street has a memorial for Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz, the 15 year old Bronx teen who was killed by a gang. Eight men have been arrested for his death. Story here
I am not surprised to see the kindness of Bay Ridge residents who took the time to remember this child with a memorial of balloons and candles and to call for justice for him and his grieving family.
The video everyone has seen is when the gang drags Junior out of the store, beat him and stabbed him. Junior went back into the bodega after he was knifed and they didn’t help him. Hundreds attended Junior’s funeral.
